EXTERIOR

The northern façade provides a visible identity and strong presence within the urban fabric along Green Street and Wye Road. The elevations have been broken up with a series of mono-pitch roofs gesturing west and south that enable larger windows and higher ceilings for all third-storey units while sheltering from the summer sun. Durable building materials including HardieBoard™ fiber cement siding, 3-part stucco, and stone have been selected for a long-lasting building envelope in a warm, natural colour scheme.

To promote passive heating strategies, the building provides the majority of units with an unobstructed southern exposure by gently wrapping around the property to face the pond.
